Planning for the Fourth Trimester

The weeks after birth can be a tender and powerful time - a season of recovery, bonding, and deep transformation. Yet so often, holistic postpartum care is overlooked. These sessions create space for you to imagine and shape your vision for the fourth trimester, with gentle attention to what feels most supportive for you.

Together, we’ll explore your hopes and needs for the first six weeks after birth, approaching them from a holistic perspective that honours your unique circumstances. This may include nourishing foods, postpartum-specific bodywork, an extended period of rest, and weaving in community support. We might also look at patterns around asking for and receiving help, the needs of your wider family, or the grief and transition that can surface during this rite of passage.

There’s no one “right” way to prepare for the fourth trimester. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you clarify what matters most, gather resources, and create a plan that feels grounding, nurturing, and uniquely yours.
