Holding Space for Pregnancy Loss
This six hour, online and interactive workshop is designed for anyone who wants to be able to better care for women and families during any kind of pregnancy loss or still birth.
During our time together, we will explore pregnancy loss through the lens of three deep and intertwined concepts: companioning vs treating, strengthening support networks and the healing power of ritual. This will be a nurturing space in which we can become more curious about our personal and professional experiences of grief and loss, and take a deeper look at how these can inform our interactions with others. We will also explore how the quality of our presence can inform the way people feel when we share space.
The workshop is offered throughout different time zones, spread over three weeks or over one day. It can also be curated to be more relevant to specific areas of practice.

Planning for the Fourth Trimester
We are reclaiming a world where an easeful and nourishing postpartum is celebrated and where each woman receives the support she needs to help her recover from the work of pregnancy and birth.
We are reclaiming a postpartum where new parents are witnessed, held and supported by their communities and where the work of parenthood is spoken to.

Holding Space for Grief, Loss & Life Transitions
Grief is a unifying human experience and yet, for many of us, the spectrum of emotions encountered along the grief journey can be challenging to navigate. Our relationship with grief is heavily influenced by our social upbringing and many societies are grief-phobic, leaving so many of us without the knowledge or skills to healthily move through a grief journey, or to support others through theirs.
In the West, in particular, with our fast-paced lives, taking time for conscious grieving isn’t often encouraged, or given the reverence that it deserves.
Are you currently navigating a loss or time of change?
Perhaps you’re in a difficult season, or past losses are surfacing again, demanding attention.
You may be dealing with the death of someone close, the end of a relationship, or a life change like your kids leaving home, menopause, moving house, or a new job, for example.
Even illness, injury or the uncertainty of the world can be impactful.
If you're seeking grounding, self-care, and an intentional space to slow down, reflect, and witness your own process, this unique workshop is for you.
