The Practitioner's Path
Experiential workshops for yoga teacher trainings and retreat spaces
The Practitioner’s Path is a series of carefully curated workshops designed to support those whose work calls for presence, self-awareness, and relational depth.
Each session is thoughtfully shaped to sit within the rhythm and intention of your training, offering space to explore the more subtle and often unspoken aspects of the work including identity, the body’s lived experience, and how we relate to ourselves and others.
Rooted in both professional practice and lived experience, my work weaves together gentle teaching, embodied inquiry, personal reflection, and elements of ritual. The emphasis is not only on what we understand, but on how we relate – to ourselves, to our bodies, and to those we work with.

A grounded and embodied approach
These workshops are designed to complement the experiential nature of yoga teacher trainings.
Sessions are gently guided and spacious, allowing participants to move between reflection, felt experience, and shared dialogue. There is no pressure to perform or share, participants are invited to engage in a way that feels right for them.
Depending on the focus of your training, sessions may include:
- Gentle teaching to introduce key themes
- Guided reflection and journaling
- Embodied awareness practices
- Small group or paired sharing
- Elements of ritual or ceremony
The structure is carefully held, creating a space that feels both nurturing and open.

Areas of exploration
Workshops can be adapted to align with your training and topics may include:
- Meeting grief and loss within the body
- Reclaiming menarche and early body stories
- Exploring sensuality and relationship to self
- Identity, transition, and inner change
- Holding space for others with presence and care
Each theme is approached with sensitivity, allowing both personal exploration and integration into teaching practice.

Working together
Workshops are developed collaboratively, with attention to:
- the intention and structure of your training
- the experience and readiness of your group
- the depth and pacing appropriate to the space
The aim is to create something that feels integrated, supportive, and in alignment with the wider container you are holding.
