This 4-week online program offers a compassionate space for quiet reflection, personal healing, and embodied learning, where you’ll be supported in understanding grief, honoring your own stories of change, and developing grounded, heart-centered tools for navigating life’s transitions. Through grief literacy, self-companioning, cross-cultural ritual, and the power of presence, you’ll explore how attention and energy can help heal. Alongside group learning, you’ll engage in gentle journaling, guided meditations, nervous system regulation practices, and mindful movement, including a yin yoga experience that supports emotional release and restoration. Each week also includes optional homework invitations to deepen integration and support your ongoing journey.
