Not at all. All practices are guided and accessible for beginners. You’ll be supported step by step, whether in reflection, movement, or journaling.
We’ll explore a mix of reflection, journaling, guided meditation, nervous system regulation exercises, and ritual. These tools support both emotional and physical well-being.

Group sharing is guided, and we ask everyone to hold boundaries, keeping the focus on learning rather than telling detailed personal stories of loss.

- In-person: comfortable clothing & a water bottle. You’re also warmly invited to bring something meaningful to place on our altar. Don’t worry, you can take it away again with you when we’ve finished.

Feeling emotional is welcome and natural. You are encouraged to pause, step back, or take a break if needed. The space is designed to be supportive, with tools to help you stay grounded.

Within groups you may share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. The workshop honors confidentiality and firm yet gentle boundaries, and facilitators guide sharing with care.
